Using the Force......

After 7 years of living in an excellent neighborhood......indoctrinating our marriage.....having 2 boys......experiencing the foundation years of family living......we closed on our house today.  I know due to the infancy of this blog, this may seem like a tiny shift in the force.....but after living 25 years within a 1 square mile area.....this is using the force.....we are packing up the family truckster and moving south to Austin, TX. Never would leave the great state of Texas, but the only place I would go is Austin.  I need more character in a city.....or should I say a little more diversity, better food, more music, and geographically endowed......this equals Austin, TX.  So we are on the road in 3 weeks....starting a new vibe.  I am excited about what The Big Man has in store for me and my family.

Day 2, Comin with that O.E Brew

Day 2.....Groundhog Day.......although a great 'wrinkle' was thrown into the day when my wife needed a sleep break to fight off a cold.  I was able to spend 2 hours with my boys.  It is great listening to them communicate their thoughts.  I am a lucky human.  So overall, as a wise man (Ice Cube) once said, "Today was a good day".....

When considering to do a blog, I felt more meh than I am on it......but I have come to realize it would be a good place to write my thoughts about this roller coaster of life.....so Here it be!  Let the healing begin!
